Why am I not compliant?

The HCE operates on a real time basis. If you have completed all renewals required by the HCE and are still showing as not compliant, contact the respective department for assistance. Department contact information can be found under the “Contact Information” link. It is the vendor’s responsibility to contact the respective department to resolve the issue(s). Once the issue is resolved, the updated status should be reflected on the Certificate of Vendor Compliance.
