How do I get an account (login/password) to complete and post a contractor’s performance form?

Follow the procedure below:

  1. Create an eHawaii.gov account if you do not already have one. Watch the video to learn how.
  2. Contact your department HANDS administrator and give them the email associated with your eHawaii.gov account and your position title.
  3. Your department HANDS administrator will give you access to HANDS.
