Training Portal (LMS): Log-in Problems – Why am I having trouble logging in?

What is your error message?

  • Error Message:Error: Your Current Session has expired. Please log completely out of your portal and log back in and then access the learning platform.”
    • Solution: Clear your cache or switch to a different browser
  • Error Message: “User Not found”
  • Eligibility Requirements – if you are not sure if you are eligible for DHRD’s LMS (Adobe CaptivatePrime), please check with your department’s Human Resource Office.
      • Civil Service employees need to be:
        • Active (cannot be on Leave status)
        • Permanent
        • Fulltime
      • Exempt employees need to be:
        • Active (cannot be on Leave status)
        • Fulltime
        • Appointment Duration must be > 364 days
      • All eligible employees must have an email address in Active Directory.
