About POST
Purchase of Service Team (POST) is comprised of state and county personnel involved in the planning, purchasing and contracting of health and human services. Participation is voluntary. POST is an advisory to the the State Procurement Office (SPO) and is a means for the State Procurement Office (SPO) to inform and coordinate various inter agency activities for purchases of health and human services.
POST E-mail List
The SPO manages an e-mail list to update members regarding HRS Chapter 103F procurement related matters. POST e-mail subscription is open to all state and county personnel procuring health and human services pursuant to HRS Chapter 103F. Approximately 100 state and county personnel currently are subscribed to POST.
