The Hawaii Awards &  Notices Data System (HANDS) Website contains, amongst others, also the health and human services RFPs issued by various state agencies.  Each applicant is responsible for checking the website or purchasing agency for updates, changes and addenda.  The State shall not be responsible for any missing addenda, attachments or other information regarding the RFP if a proposal is an incomplete RFP.
